Senior Implementation Consultant (Finance Automation)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid. Candidates within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office work in the office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global implementations as project manager and functional design lead.
• Advise clients on enabling finance processes in hirify.global and guide them through implementation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders across Controllership, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and internal hirify.global resources.
• Lead workshops, align business processes, configure the hirify.global application, and guide successful implementations.
• Capture client pain points, prioritize objectives, align stakeholders on recommended solutions and roadmaps, and navigate escalations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service, and product organizations to expand the pipeline and support large deals.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in hirify.global products, end-to-end intercompany processes, finance operating models, industry standards, regulations, emerging trends, competitor capabilities and limitations, finance transformation, and project management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and provide strategic direction.
