Senior .NET Developer

Location: Hybrid, Wrocław, Poland

Salary: PLN 20,000–26,000 per month

What you will do

• Maintain and further develop the existing system, building new features and adapting it to evolving project requirements.
• Own a product area from design through safe deployment, writing high-quality testable code and refactoring where needed.
• Handle asynchronous operations, including cancellation, timeouts, and synchronization.
• Diagnose and resolve errors in a complex hardware-related environment.
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries, work with SQL databases, and contribute to data modeling.
• Collaborate with the team developing the 3D reconstruction module and use AI tools while critically reviewing generated code.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET, with several years of independent development of C#/.NET applications.
• Hands-on experience with WPF and MVVM.
• Ability to write testable code and a documented approach to refactoring, testing, and safe change rollout.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, cancellation, timeouts, and synchronization.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling fundamentals.
• Experience diagnosing errors and integrating APIs and external libraries.
• Practical use of AI tools in programming, with critical review of their output.
• Experience working in a small or medium-sized team with responsibility for a product area.
• Very good English. Ownership, independence, proactivity, problem-solving, clear communication, and readiness to work in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
