eFront Tech Lead - Integrations (Financial Services)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid set-up

What you will do

• Design and implement eFront integrations with core banking systems and data platforms.
• Develop and manage data feeds, ETL processes, APIs, flat-file interfaces, and data warehouse integrations.
• Define technical standards, coding practices, review processes, and key implementation decisions.
• Guide and mentor developers while collaborating with Business Analysts and client stakeholders.
• Ensure production performance, data quality, stability, and system reliability.
• Plan development activities, support release planning, and identify technical risks and solutions.

Requirements

• Mandatory hands-on experience with eFront Invest, including configuration, FrontScript, and integrations.
• At least 7 years of software development experience, including 2 or more years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with SQL Server or Oracle.
• Solid experience with ETL processes and system integrations, including APIs, flat files, and data feeds.
• Knowledge of the eFront Data Warehouse and Calculation Engine.
• Development experience with .NET, C#, VB.NET, Java, or JavaScript, plus understanding of private markets and fund administration.
