Senior C# Developer (MS365)

What you will do

• Supervise the team's day-to-day operations and establish effective communication and development processes.
• Analyze and define business requirements with the product management team.
• Develop new product features, currently with a focus on backend functionality.
• Make technical decisions, estimate implementation efforts, costs, and capacity, and lead code reviews.
• Support team learning, motivation, and work atmosphere while communicating with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and run regular meetings, planning sessions, daily meetings, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility.
• Result-oriented and proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.
