What you will do

• Design practical learning journeys aligned with Modernisation capability priorities and business needs.
• Create engaging digital and blended learning content using contemporary learning approaches and tools.
• Translate complex requirements into targeted learning solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams.
• Develop learning through digital, leader-led, peer and workplace approaches.
• Deliver learning activities in line with transformation milestones, timelines and quality standards.
• Use learner feedback, data and agreed measures to continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing and developing engaging workplace learning solutions and content.
• Hands-on experience with digital learning and content development tools.
• Experience delivering learning within a project, transformation or other deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of contemporary learning design principles, including approaches beyond traditional e-learning.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to simplify complex information.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively across stakeholders in a large or complex organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage changing requirements and deliver quality outcomes within project timelines.
