People Partnering Enablement Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in London or Leeds, United Kingdom. Right to work in the UK is required; hirify.global may consider visa sponsorship at its discretion. Up to 20 days per year of remote work abroad may be requested from certain locations.

What you will do

• Coordinate and prioritise activities across People Business Partners, People Country Managers and Employee Relations teams.
• Establish governance, planning processes, operating rhythms and ways of working across the Partnering function.
• Monitor workload, capacity and demand, and improve deployment, focus and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate talent, workforce and annual people processes, tracking strategic priorities, programmes, risks and dependencies.
• Lead AI-enabled and technology-driven ways of working, including process standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement.
• Connect Partnering teams with Centres of Excellence and develop executive-ready communications, insights and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in People partnering, People operations, programme leadership or functional enablement within a complex, matrixed and ideally international organisation.
• Strong understanding of People operating models and the ability to align business priorities, governance, planning and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programmes, annual people cycles and strategic initiatives while managing competing priorities, capacity and resources.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, simplification, standardisation and technology-enabled change, including practical adoption of AI and data-driven ways of working.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to identify trends, risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including building connections, creating executive-ready outputs and driving continuous improvement across teams and geographies.
• Right to work in the UK.
