What you will do

  • Provide legal support for trademark disputes, trademark registration cancellations, copyright registrations, assignment agreements, and IP infringement litigation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complaints, claims, lawsuits, contracts, agreements, and other IP-related legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support compliance with applicable IP laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks related to IP projects, transactions, and disputes.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in law.
  • Proven experience as an IP lawyer focused on trademark and copyright disputes and related representation in IP infringement litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of IP laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency of at least B2+ level.
