What you will do

• Optimize and configure collection resources for Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) missions.
• Evaluate technical mission needs, collection requirements, priorities, site capabilities, and end-to-end data flows.
• Support the installation, upgrade, testing, fielding, and operational use of current, prototype, and new intelligence collection systems.
• Coordinate with Offices of Primary Concern, TOPIs, government customers, military services, Second and Third Party partners, industry vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and report collection statistics, metrics, operational activities, and signal characteristics through logs, summaries, and formal or informal communications.
• Provide technical guidance, support training development, mentor junior personnel, and advise the Government on SIGINT system and mission considerations.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience supporting military and/or government cryptologic missions, including experience as a military or government collector, language analyst, or signals analyst supporting the acquisition, identification, processing, and reporting of electromagnetic emissions.
• Experience with DNI and optical telecommunications, including DX, XKS, and Lopers tools.
• Experience supporting Mission Management and Collection Management activities, implementing collection-tasking strategies, responding to collection requirements, and reviewing and validating collection priorities.
• Experience coordinating with Offices of Primary Concern, TOPIs, government customers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate collection assessments and effective intelligence dissemination.
• Experience conducting all-source research to identify target communications, assessing site capabilities and end-to-end data flows, identifying collection problems, and optimizing collection activities.
• Experience with SIGINT system development and acquisition, including requirements analysis, system specifications, prototyping, integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, technical planning, and budget development.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and report collection statistics, metrics, operational activities, and signal characteristics through daily logs, collection summaries, and formal and informal communications.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, support training development, mentor junior personnel in SIGINT analytical tradecraft, and advise the Government on technical, contractual, cost, schedule, supportability, and effectiveness considerations.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and a high school diploma or GED.
