Field Team Leader Coordinator

Location: Hybrid; Remote, Ciudad de México, DIF, Mexico. Availability to supervise in the field in CDMX is required.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate regional field data collection in line with global methodologies, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, consistency, panel health, and compliance with Data Science requirements.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational KPIs.
• Build relationships with retailers and key stakeholders while meeting client commitments and deliverables.
• Manage, develop, coach, and train Field Team Leaders and field auditors, supporting succession planning and a high-performance culture.
• Manage productivity, quality, financial, and operational targets, including regional travel and expense budgets, variance analysis, reports, assessments, and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Business-level English fluency (C1).
• 3–5 years of experience leading teams, ideally within a market research field force, with prior operations or equivalent operational experience.
• Solid understanding of operational metrics.
• Tech-savvy and able to work with analytical and artificial intelligence tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• People management and team leadership skills.
• Training in problem analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or 8D.
• Availability to supervise in the field in CDMX.
