Linguistics Project Manager (Language Services)

Location: Hybrid, Mexico City, Mexico; employment requires the legal right to work in Mexico.

hirify.global is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation; the role is within the Author Collaboration Unit at Mapi Research Trust, a non-profit organisation supporting access to information about Patient Centered Outcomes and Clinical Outcome Assessments.

What you will do

• Analyze and standardize original and translated materials according to established processes.
• Manage communication, translation deliveries, requests, discussions, and coordination with COA developers, copyright holders, operations, scientific personnel, and customer service.
• Clarify complex contract specifications with Account Managers, Executives, and copyright holders, and manage electronic document signatures.
• Develop and maintain filing, tracking, and knowledge-management tools for translation and original source files and data.
• Collect and analyze data from internal and external databases and authors, and conduct information searches related to COA author accounts.
• Support Client Services, Business Development, Account Managers, and Executives with bid defenses, account management, BRM, reporting, and business development activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operational support, or equivalent positions.
• Communication, organization, and continuous improvement skills.
• Advanced, fully fluent English.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing project priorities, demonstrating urgency, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Legal right to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Background in Linguistic Validation or as a Scientific Documentalist.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, quality assurance, or CRO industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, the COA/eCOA field, and CRO terminology.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
