Vendor Master Analyst (Contract)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage the global vendor master data environment, including vendor creation, changes, and deactivations according to established standards.
• Support implementation of the global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plans.
• Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years across global or regional master data management.
• Management experience in a large multinational organization.
• Experience with internal controls.
• Experience with best-practice master data processes and managing performance through service level agreements and KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate and drive execution at all organizational levels on a global basis.
• Ability to act as a change agent.
• Knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining organization-wide processes and their supporting policies and procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with the JDE ERP platform.
