Regional Senior Associate, Cross Border (Finance Operations)

What you will do

• Generate accounts receivable visibility reports and monitor shipper payment receipts and aged receivables.
• Lead coordination with local finance and operations stakeholders on accounts receivable processes, disputes, collections, COD offsets, and remittance schedules.
• Support intercompany finance and billing flow design, standardization, process improvements, and automated reporting projects.
• Document and maintain internal finance work instructions and customer-facing finance process procedures.
• Prepare month-end cross-border billing files, customer billings, vendor invoice instructions, and payment administration.
• Guide junior team members and lead finance process improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Experience executing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and working across geographies and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX & MATCH, formulas, data analysis, data validation, conditional formatting, and large datasets.

• Logistics industry experience and regional exposure.
• Mandarin communication skills for interaction with cross-border stakeholders.
