Regional Senior Associate, Cross Border (Finance Operations)

Location: On-site in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage Account Receivables, including the generation of visibility reports and monitoring of payment receipts.
• Lead dispute resolution and ensure the timely collection of aged receivables and COD remittances.
• Design and implement finance process improvements, including automated reporting and standardization of billing flows.
• Execute month-end billing for cross-border revenue and coordinate vendor invoice processing.
• Document and maintain internal finance working instructions and customer-facing SOPs.
• Guide junior team members in the execution of BAU tasks and AR collections.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in an Accounting or Finance related function.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-stakeholder commercial projects.
• Exposure to working across different geographies, teams, and cultures.
• Confident and effective communication skills, both written and oral.
