What you will do

• Maintain Customer Master Data, including creating new customer records.
• Process sales orders and perform daily sales order reconciliation for Malaysia and Singapore support.
• Manage operational mailboxes and respond to stakeholder and customer enquiries.
• Assist with documentation and reporting activities.
• Complete ad-hoc assignments supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business or an equivalent qualification.
• Mandarin speaker required.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous work experience is not required; training is provided.
