Sales and Marketing Internship/Co-op 12-Month 2027 (Consumer Goods)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; onsite at the Toronto headquarters. The 12-month paid internship/co-op runs from May 3, 2027 to April 21, 2028. Candidates must be able to start from Toronto; domestic relocation benefits may apply.

Salary: $1,570.00 per month.

What you will do

• Own multiple projects supporting brand teams, major retailers, and leading Canadian brands.
• Build brand and sales plans, complete business analyses, and develop marketing plans supporting brand and business growth.
• Analyze categories, consumers, competitors, and markets to identify trends, develop insights, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Follow recommendations from insight through execution with support from the manager and extended team.
• Lead retailer-facing sales and account management projects and contribute to Customer Teams.
• Use local insights to influence initiatives, innovation, packaging, products, strategies, and ideas, and deliver final outputs such as reports, analyses, presentations, toolkits, or events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with planned graduation in 2029 according to the English requirements section.
• No more than 3 years of prior full-time experience, excluding internship and co-op work terms.
• Available to start on May 3, 2027 from Toronto, Ontario; domestic relocation benefits may apply.
• If successful in the internship, available to start a full-time role within 12 months of the internship end date.
