Associate Allocation Planner (Retail)

Salary: USD 63,700–78,645 per year.

What you will do

• Allocate merchandise by class, size, and price according to business trends, performance, merchandising direction, and channel strategy.
• Create and analyze weekly reports on sales, sell-through, margin, inventory productivity, inventory health, and store capacity at the location level.
• Monitor inventory levels, seasonal and regional demand, store presentation needs, and opportunities across retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.
• Communicate style-, store-, and size-level risks, exceptions, inventory gaps, and opportunities while supporting mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Retail Field, Retail Operations, Logistics, Visual, and Production teams to resolve inventory-flow constraints and support new-store assortment builds.
• Participate in store visits, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives, including testing allocation tools and systems.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in merchandise planning or inventory management, including internships.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, supply chain, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data organization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
