What you will do

• Develop and execute functional automated and manual tests within a multi-skilled agile team.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to verify application software against user needs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure adequate coverage across unit, integration, and other testing layers.
• Identify undocumented requirements and flag issues that hinder delivery of quality software.
• Communicate testing outcomes with clients, users, stakeholders, and teammates.

Requirements

• Experience in manual testing, including exploratory testing.
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure adequate coverage across unit and integration testing layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with clients, users, stakeholders, and teammates.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of test automation or interest in developing a career in automated testing.
• Ability to identify and manage undocumented requirements through testing and flag issues that hinder quality delivery.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
• Experience creating and maintaining test activity artifacts, including defects, scripts, and reports.
• Understanding of project factors that drive test priorities and test approach.
• Working knowledge or experience with Workday.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable test results and defect reports.
• Contribution to continuous improvement in testing processes.
