End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

Location: Remote contract opportunity supporting a dedicated client in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, including SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, Windows administration tools, and device lifecycle initiatives.
• Package, deploy, patch, and maintain enterprise applications while supporting operating system upgrades, migrations, refreshes, backup, and recovery.
• Implement endpoint security baselines, hardening standards, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, and software licensing and hardware asset management.
• Support Windows desktop environments, enterprise print services, iOS and Android mobile applications, MDM, and BYOD programs.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, analytics, and the digital employee experience while partnering with stakeholders as the dedicated EUC resource.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Endpoint Management roles.
• Hands-on enterprise experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong experience with Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows desktop environments and modern workplace technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, patch management, enterprise monitoring, and endpoint analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile device management solutions, mobile application deployment, BYOD environments, and modern workplace initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while supporting a dedicated client account.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications related to endpoint management or modern workplace technologies.
• Experience working in managed services or dedicated client support environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
