Healthcare Data SME (AI)

Location: Washington, DC; work is primarily performed in an office environment.

Salary: $134,890–$215,000 annually, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.

What you will do

• Architect and direct the company-wide data analytics vision in alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Assess healthcare data types, interoperability, workflows, and technical barriers affecting AI implementation and scaling.
• Advise on healthcare data governance, quality, standards, and best practices for AI solutions.
• Lead the innovation and transformation of the analytics function, including big data technologies and advanced analytical methodologies.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and establish an integrated enterprise-wide analytics framework.
• Lead analytics teams, develop talent, and use Python, R, SQL, statistical methods, machine learning, and advanced data modeling to produce reports, data files, dashboards, and complex visualizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Appropriate certifications required for the position under the applicable contract.
• Experience with advanced scripting and querying tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide analytics, data governance, data quality, interoperability, and strategic data initiatives.
