Executive Director, US Cash Management (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location.

Salary: $275,000–$300,000 annually for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Incentive compensation and a discretionary bonus may also apply.

What you will do

• Originate and grow Cash Management relationships with corporate clients across the US.
• Own and execute a portfolio of priority Cash Management opportunities from origination through implementation.
• Partner with relationship managers to identify client needs and develop targeted solutions covering deposits, liquidity, payments, collections, and related treasury services.
• Lead client calls, pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline that delivers sustainable deposit and fee revenue and deepens existing corporate relationships.
• Influence outcomes through collaboration with Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, product, implementation, operations, technology, risk, and compliance partners without direct people-management responsibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Cash Management.
• Experience growing Cash Management deposits and fee revenue through originated and supported client opportunities.
• Experience developing and converting a high-quality Cash Management pipeline.
• Experience acquiring new Cash Management mandates and deepening existing corporate relationships.
• Effective execution of client calling plans, proposals, and RFPs.
• Strong partnership with Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, and Cash Management product teams.
• Ability to deliver client outcomes within hirify.global’s risk appetite and compliance framework.
• Ability to operate as a senior executive-level individual contributor using subject-matter expertise, commercial judgment, and influence across a complex organization.

• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
