Platform Performance Trainee (AI)

What you will do

• Support a performance improvement project for the installed wind turbine fleet across Latin America, targeting availability, material consumption, quality issues, and annual cost per turbine.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and statistics for monthly performance reviews published on SharePoint.
• Analyze Windhub cases and produce insights and performance metrics.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize processes and use AI to reduce workload related to Windhub logistics cases and similar topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy and Sustainable Development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage analytical processes.
• Advanced English.
• Proactive mindset, teamwork, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Extracurricular activities or internship/co-op experience in engineering, renewable energy, or project-based environments.
• Knowledge of AI tools, Power BI, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Portuguese.
