Deployment Strategist, Internship - Warp Speed (Manufacturing)

Location: New York, NY; on-site. Travel required 25–75%, varying by location and team. U.S. Person required.

Salary: $6,700/month.

What you will do

• Meet on-site with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and operational problems.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build customized workflows for new user groups and deliver demos to current and prospective customers.
• Lead training sessions and assess whether the product meets user needs and creates measurable operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-hirify.global products and scope engagements in new industries and locations.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required.
• Must be graduating in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Must be able to travel 25–75%; the exact requirement varies by location and team.
• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
• Ability to investigate data beyond surface-level answers and work through open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptive and introspective approach, with willingness to learn, guide, lead, and follow.
• Low-ego collaboration focused on outcomes rather than individual credit.
