What you will do
- Close assigned mortgage loans of all types in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
- Review pre-closing documents, including contracts, hazard insurance, and other required documentation, for compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Enter closing data into the loan operating system and draw and release closing documents to the settlement agent.
- Review closing conditions and document signatures, then clear conditions once requirements are met.
- Authorize loan funding and assist with closing-related questions from the branch.
- Support other loan closers during periods of high volume and help resolve post-closing issues.
Requirements
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to travel overnight.
- Ability to conduct business professionally and ethically while serving customers and supporting company goodwill and profitability.
