eCommerce Operations Specialist (Shopify)

What you will do

• Execute daily updates across Shopify stores, keeping content and settings accurate and current.
• Build and maintain product listings using approved copy, images, pricing, specifications, and accurate variant configurations.
• Organize catalogs and collections so customers can browse and find products easily.
• Set up, test, launch, and deactivate promotions and discount codes according to approved plans and schedules.
• Manage store user accounts and permissions according to established access guidelines.
• Review updates before and after launch, troubleshoot routine issues, and communicate progress or blockers.

Requirements

• Hands-on Shopify experience managing products, collections, discounts, and store settings.
• Experience supporting ecommerce operations, catalog maintenance, or promotional launches.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing product information, pricing, and promotional setup.
• Ability to turn clear briefs into accurate store updates, follow established processes, and ask questions when details are missing.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to manage recurring tasks alongside time-sensitive requests.
• Comfort learning digital tools and working with spreadsheets to organize, review, and update information, including product imports, exports, and bulk updates.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through when collaborating on store updates and launches.
• Practical problem-solving skills, including knowing when to resolve issues independently and when to ask for help.
