Senior Spatial Data Manager (IWMS)

What you will do

• Own global governance of spatial and occupancy data, including enterprise standards, BOMA methodologies, regional delivery requirements, naming conventions, allocation models, drawing requirements, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage the spatial data operating model in the IWMS environment, maintaining data integrity, system continuity, configuration integrity, user controls, and audit-ready accuracy.
• Lead CAD/CAFM integrations and improve spatial data workflows, dashboards, KPIs, reporting, automation, and system capabilities.
• Partner with Workplace Strategy, Occupancy, and Portfolio teams to support forecasting, utilization modeling, workplace strategy, and portfolio planning.
• Manage and develop a small globally distributed team through guidance, prioritization, workload balancing, coaching, training, and professional development.
• Support regional teams and partners while improving delivery consistency, operational efficiency, cost optimization, service innovation, and global portfolio performance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Spatial Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning.
• 4–8 years of experience with spatial data management platforms such as FMS OpenBlue, Manhattan One, Serraview, or similar IWMS/CAFM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and applying BOMA space standards.
• Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with MS Office Suite and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing and developing a small team, including setting priorities, balancing workload, coaching team members, and supporting professional growth.
• Ability to lead governance programs, manage complex spatial data environments, ensure audit-ready accuracy, work independently, manage concurrent priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive ownership, commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, and responsibility for completing requests successfully and on time.
