Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer (AI)

Base salary: $104,000–$126,000 per year

What you will do

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of selected Monica and Raven platform modules, from solution design and data architecture through implementation, integration, production readiness, and ongoing improvements.
• Design and engineer scalable infrastructure and data solutions using graph databases, data engineering patterns, and large-scale platform architecture.
• Support AI-enabled monitoring, diagnostics, automation, event correlation, and operational insight.
• Translate production-support, monitoring, and operational data needs into practical technical designs.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and production-support teams to solve complex platform challenges and drive technical outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on experience designing and delivering large-scale infrastructure, data, or platform engineering solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience with Java, Python, APIs, and enterprise integration, applied to large-scale infrastructure, data, and AI-enabled platform capabilities.
• Strong expertise in graph databases, data engineering, distributed systems, data modeling, and platform architecture patterns.
• Practical experience with monitoring, diagnostics, observability, automation, operational intelligence, or AI/ML-enabled platform capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently as a senior technical individual contributor and own complex modules from architecture and design through implementation and production support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical direction across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and production-support stakeholders.
