Senior Solutions Engineer (Cloud/Security)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States (on-site). US citizenship is required due to the nature of the client base.

Base salary for US-based candidates: $119,600–$215,400 per year. The package may also include annual bonuses or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

What you will do

• Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating hirify.global technology to customers.
• Manage technical proposals and ensure that technical information and recommendations accurately address customer requirements.
• Track account activity for business analysis and reporting while designing technical solutions for customer needs.
• Lead technical demos and proofs of concept.
• Partner with engineering and business teams and build trusted relationships with government and regulated-industry customers.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• US citizenship.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, technical solutions pre-sales, or post-sales roles.
• Background and experience in web acceleration, web security, infrastructure security technologies, or cloud computing solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the internet, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, SSL protocols, and cloud computing.
• Customer advocacy and a passion for delivering technical solutions.
• Experience presenting technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
