Founding Product Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Relocation stipend available to bring candidates to San Francisco if needed.

What you will do

• Work directly with the cofounders to translate strategic vision into product priorities and shipped outcomes.
• Run the weekly product cadence across engineering, delivery, and go-to-market.
• Break the product into sequenced work, write specifications, and define completion criteria.
• Analyze product data to test hypotheses and provide clear answers to the founders.
• Set deadlines, unblock engineers, and ensure committed work ships.
• Take the hirify.global-1 certification product to general availability and expand it into new agent types and products.

Requirements

• Think in systems, hold complex products in mind, and break them into clear, sequenced work.
• Operate with strong ownership of deadlines and unresolved work.
• Base product views on analysis rather than storytelling.
• Product management experience at a scaled B2B company, ideally from the startup stage.
• Senior-level product experience with willingness to learn the company’s approach before defining how it should work.

Nice to have

• Consulting or strategy experience before moving into product.
• Experience with security, compliance, or trust products.
• Experience with AI products or evaluations.
