Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Okta/Jamf)

What you will do

• Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations in Okta to provide secure employee access.
• Manage and maintain a global Apple device fleet with Jamf, keeping hardware secure and up to date.
• Develop Python, Bash, or other scripts to automate IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception through completion, including documentation and cross-functional task delegation.
• Maintain ticket hygiene and technical documentation while supporting system design and architecture.
• Assist with ESX-to-cloud migrations and troubleshoot Google Workspace and network routing using the OSI model.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles in a professional environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Okta and Jamf.
• Deep understanding of OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and end-user device security.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for system automation.
• Proven ability to lead solo technical projects and manage a Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exceptional English skills and the ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, documentation-heavy environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and using LLMs for productivity.
