What you will do

• Manage high-budget construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, factory renovations, and tooling installations.
• Integrate construction delivery with manufacturing requirements, wafer production schedules, and factory downtime minimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Review designs, manage trends and changes, and ensure compliance with construction management practices and standard operating procedures.
• Drive safety, quality assurance, risk mitigation, construction metrics, and timely project delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, innovation, and the integration of customer requirements into project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or at least 1 year of experience in an ultra-pure water system.
• At least 1 year of project or program management experience in large-scale construction, engineering, or factory tool installation and qualification ramp projects.
• Experience managing contractors and construction delivery strategies.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance programs.
• Experience with construction means and methods across mechanical, electrical, process systems, and architectural design disciplines.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
