AI-Native Software Engineer

Location: 100% remote; work anywhere. Collaboration with US-based engineering teams is required during US Eastern business hours.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize user-facing features and backend services using modern web technologies.
• Use AI-native workflows with coding agents in daily engineering work.
• Build and manage agentic harnesses, including automated review, testing, and evaluation loops.
• Integrate systems securely while handling sensitive healthcare and regulated data in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with US-based engineering teams during US Eastern business hours.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate to fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to participate in real-time conversations.
• 3+ years of daily experience with AI-native workflows, including AI coding agents and agentic harnesses such as evaluation loops and automated testing or review.
• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Willingness and ability to complete HIPAA training, sign NDAs, and sign IP assignments.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of direct experience working in healthcare or handling regulated data and PHI.
• 1+ year of cloud infrastructure experience with Google Cloud Platform.
