Head of Technical Delivery (GPU Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore office; approximately 30% travel across the APAC region.

Salary: 220,000–270,000 SGD per annum.

What you will do

• Own technical execution across the full lifecycle of client deployments, from pre-freeze architecture validation through infrastructure delivery, acceptance testing, and long-term operations.
• Independently design and evaluate complex GPU architectures from first principles.
• Review customer-supplied blueprints and lead bespoke in-house infrastructure designs.
• Assess technical readiness, identify gaps, manage delivery risk, and enforce build and operational standards.
• Establish the Singapore engineering hub and scale the regional engineering team.
• Shape the global engineering playbook for enterprise and hyperscale client deployments.

Requirements

• Seasoned technical leadership experience with authority to design complex GPU architectures from first principles.
• Fluent communication in English, Malay, Mandarin Chinese, and Tamil.
• Ability to validate architectures, identify technical gaps, manage risk, and enforce rigorous build and operational standards.
• Availability to work from the Singapore office and travel approximately 30%.
• As a condition of employment, ability to provide citizenship and permanent residency status for U.S. export-control authorization assessment.
