Multimedia Content Producer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Publish, build, revise, and maintain website content in the CMS across assigned enterprise properties.
• Build pages using approved content, templates, and components; manage staging updates and coordinate assets from the DAM.
• Support web launches, campaign updates, site changes, production schedules, and CMS workflow documentation.
• Perform quality assurance on links, media, metadata, page components, functionality, and source-material accuracy.
• Apply brand guidelines, WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and healthcare-specific requirements, including HIPAA-conscious handling and medical/legal review processes.
• Collaborate with editorial, creative, and technical teams, troubleshoot publishing issues, maintain production records, and identify workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in digital production, web content management, content publishing, or a related field.
• Experience using a CMS such as Drupal, WordPress, or a similar platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specifications, content standards, and approval processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
