Manager, Ocean Import & Supply Chain Services (Logistics)

Location: Eagan, Minnesota, United States; onsite role supporting the Minneapolis/St. Paul district.

Salary: $48,000–$60,000 per year plus a monthly operational bonus.

What you will do

• Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate team members while building development and succession plans.
• Manage Ocean Import, Order Management, and Delivery Management teams and maintain operational compliance.
• Oversee customer SOPs, service delivery, escalations, supply chain visibility, and milestone reporting.
• Drive process improvement, productivity initiatives, customer implementations, and transitions of new business.
• Partner with sales and account management teams on growth opportunities, proposals, presentations, and solution design.
• Manage departmental revenue and expenses, profitability, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of international logistics or supply chain experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight operations.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Order Management or Supply Chain Services programs.
• Experience with transportation or delivery management operations.
• Experience in customer implementation and account growth initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
