Security Compliance Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Manage the risk management program and participate in building a comprehensive Governance, Risk and Compliance program.
• Manage internal and external audits, reviewing materials for accuracy and adherence to regulatory expectations.
• Implement the Information Security Management System in coordination with executive and mid-level management.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve change management, access management, and general technology process controls.
• Support information security and compliance initiatives, cybersecurity risk assessments, security and privacy training, and external compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies and processes, protect information assets, and report suspected security or policy violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• At least 4 years of experience conducting risk-based assessments for information systems and/or operations.
• At least 1 year of experience running a comprehensive Governance, Risk and Compliance program.
• At least 2 years of experience leading ISO 27001 or SOC 1/2 audits from either side.
• Strong knowledge of applicable privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with technical and non-technical audiences in a business-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated success in a competitive environment; self-motivated, ambitious, driven, and eager to learn.
• Strong team-player skills with the ability to work and execute independently.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
