Transformation Director (Anaplan)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site; travel expected up to 40%.

Base salary: $211,646–$273,818 per year.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle Anaplan implementations covering strategy, planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Advise executive stakeholders on planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives, including business process assessments and future-state design.
• Oversee solution architecture, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, quality assurance, governance, communication, and issue resolution.
• Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, risks, and multiple concurrent engagement deliveries.
• Develop executive client relationships, lead proposals and pursuit activities, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor consultants, managers, and solution architects; recruit talent and support methodology, practice operations, thought leadership, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience delivering enterprise planning, EPM, or digital transformation solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex Anaplan implementations and enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial planning, and operational planning processes.
• Experience with EPM integrations, data management, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Demonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships and influencing business outcomes.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong program management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business development, proposal development, solutioning, and revenue growth activities.
• Ability to mentor teams, develop leaders, and drive practice growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, with expected travel up to 40%.
