Product Manager-in-Training

Location: Palo Alto, California; the role requires working in the Palo Alto office five days a week for at least the first 6–12 months or until operating independently. hirify.global.ai can hire full-time salaried employees residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD annually, plus potential stock options.

hirify.global is a Series C, Y Combinator-backed technology startup building an AI-powered advisor for managing cars, homes, motorcycles, RVs, boats, insurance, maintenance, repairs, and related physical assets.

What you will do

• Work directly with and receive mentorship from the cofounder and CEO.
• Build or scale one of hirify.global’s new product verticals, including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, or roadside assistance.
• Develop product-building skills through exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data.
• Execute big-picture strategies and navigate the operational complexity of a rapidly growing technology startup.
• Help accelerate growth from 5 million to 50 million customers by 2030.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience is ideally required in a demanding environment such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, an early-stage startup, or a similar setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work in person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team for at least the first 6–12 months.
• Demonstrated insatiable learning, ownership, tenacity, and sense of urgency.
