Inventory Control Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Centralia, IL, United States

Pay: $19.00 per hour. Compensation range: $14.80–$27.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform daily cycle counts, ihirify.globalory audits, and physical ihirify.globalories to maintain ihirify.globalory accuracy.
• Investigate ihirify.globalory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain ihirify.globalory records, part locations, and cycle count documentation in ERP/MRP systems.
• Partner with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams on ihirify.globalory control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor ihirify.globalory performance metrics and communicate process improvement opportunities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, warehouse operations, order picking, material handling, forklift operation, and shipping and receiving as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in ihirify.globalory control, cycle counting, or ihirify.globalory management.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and ihirify.globalory tracking processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ihirify.globalory management systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, or obtain forklift certification; ability to work safely around warehouse equipment, moving machinery, and varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
