Product Development – Women’s Intern

Location: New York, NY, United States (hybrid)

Salary: $25 per hour

What you will do

• Support the Women’s Product Development Team with vendor project kits, including CAD posting requests, mechanicals, purchase orders, and PLM vendor assignments.
• Research jewelry industry standards, including earring fits and tennis bracelet sizing.
• Upload QA testing results to PLM and create mechanicals for existing components for internal and external use.
• Review new market samples with Project Managers, identify callouts, and prepare feedback for the Design Team.
• Attend daily Design meetings and contribute to product development, jewelry manufacturing, and product knowledge.
• Support ASR second-sourcing projects and product verification with the Merchandising Vault and Ecommerce Teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant fields include business management, fine arts, Apparel/Fashion Merchandising, or Product Development.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and project management skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and cross-collaboration skills.
• Willingness to contribute to the team in any capacity.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about product development processes.
