Service Manager (Workplace)

Location: Portugal; offices in Lisbon or Porto; remote work permitted within Portugal.

What you will do

• Support global service teams and vendors in delivering Workplace services, including MS Windows, Intune, Defender, Purview, Apple Business Manager, and Mobile Device Management.
• Coordinate escalations and vendor management topics with regional IT and service providers.
• Track DWP vendor performance metrics and initiatives and provide updates to IT leadership and technical teams.
• Provide technical input into Workplace Services, tooling, and processes to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with DWP Operations teams on cross-discipline initiatives and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• Experience coordinating escalations and managing vendors, with a proven record of effective communication with global teams.
• Strong communication skills to support collaboration and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
