Senior Systems Administrator – Windows & Linux

Location: Hybrid — Central Lisbon, Portugal; on-site frequency to be confirmed.

Gross monthly salary: €2,500–€2,900. The compensation package may also include variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and additional benefits depending on applicable conditions.

What you will do

• Administer Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Manage SQL Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manage and administer VMware virtualized environments.
• Implement and operate Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents across enterprise IT infrastructures.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux systems administration.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience with SQL Server.
• Experience managing and administering virtualized environments using VMware.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving incidents in enterprise IT infrastructures.

Nice to have

• Experience managing hybrid environments and mission-critical IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of systems monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery policies.
