Product Owner, Asset Management

hirify.global provides a fintech software platform for broker/dealer firms, RIA offices, private banks, advisors, and investors to research, purchase, and manage alternative investments, annuities, and related products.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end AI-DLC execution for asset-management capabilities across discovery, design, development, QA, release, and post-launch evaluation.
• Translate ETF, AMC, SMA, and related asset-management workflows into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototypes, and test scenarios.
• Manage multiple initiatives across Lifecycle Manager and Product Marketplace, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, roadmap execution, and milestone tracking.
• Act as the liaison between Engineering, Sales, Trading, Operations, Asset Managers, ETF Providers, Custodians, Legal/Compliance, Client Success, and external clients and partners.
• Own data-connectivity roadmaps and integrations with ETF providers, DTCC, custodians, transfer agents, index providers, sub-advisors, and other market participants.
• Support UX, UAT, QA feedback loops, documentation, release communications, training, support prioritization, and cross-platform coordination.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with ETF, AMC, SMA, similarly related products, or related asset-management domains.
• Experience at a fintech platform, an Asset Management Company that creates and manages ETFs, a custodian, or a similar institution.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives with strong execution discipline, agility, and rapid reprioritization.
• Skilled in AI-DLC execution, with a proven track record of delivering complex software capabilities using modern, AI-enabled delivery methods.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to rapidly deliver prototypes and test scenarios.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to direct client and partner engagements with little oversight.
• Experience with Jira, Figma, Anthropic, and OpenAI, plus openness to adopting new AI-enabled productivity tools.
• An MBA, CPA, or other qualification is listed in the source, but the requirement is incomplete.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ETF providers, custodians, DTCC, or other related market participants.
• Understanding of ETF, AMC, SMA, or similarly related product lifecycles, data connectivity, and compliance considerations.
• Background in modular or multi-team product environments such as Lifecycle Manager and Product Marketplace.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
