RevOps Application Manager (Salesforce)

hirify.global is building and operating a Salesforce-centered GTM systems environment for its revenue operations.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, health, scalability, and ongoing development of Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack.
• Build Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and triggers, validation rules, custom objects, approval processes, and automation frameworks supporting the full revenue lifecycle.
• Identify manual and inefficient GTM processes and develop automation, AI-enabled workflows, monitoring, alerts, and fault handling.
• Diagnose and resolve Salesforce, data, permissions, automation, and integration issues, including root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Build and optimize integrations with HubSpot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clay, and other revenue applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native connectors.
• Own requirements, solution design, development, QA, UAT, deployment, documentation, release management, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Security, and IT.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development or administration, RevOps systems, GTM systems engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Advanced Salesforce Flow expertise, including complex hirify.globalrd-triggered flows, scheduled flows, subflows, fault handling, and scalable architecture.
• Strong hands-on Apex expertise, including reading, troubleshooting, modifying, and developing Apex classes and triggers.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom objects, data models, validation rules, approval processes, permissions, permission sets, sharing, and security.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex Salesforce production issues and determine root cause quickly.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations with APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native connectors, and experience with GTM applications such as HubSpot, Gong, Chili Piper, Clay, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes including lead lifecycle management, enrichment and routing, opportunity management, pipeline, forecasting, deal desk, attribution, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals.
• Proficiency with SOQL and Salesforce data management tools; experience with release management, sandbox strategy, QA, UAT, and production deployments.
• Salesforce certification is required.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills; ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with formal Security, IT, access-control, and change-management requirements, plus working knowledge of SaaS security concepts including least-privilege access, SSO, OAuth, API authentication, connected applications, service accounts, secrets and credential management, and data governance.
• Ability to partner effectively with Security and IT teams and exercise judgment about when changes require additional security, architectural, or production review.
