Senior Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico; hybrid role requiring onsite presence in the Guadalajara office as needed. Candidates must be based in Guadalajara.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System that helps enterprise revenue teams make confident decisions using revenue data and insights.

What you will do

• Own and improve the platform's security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, and data.
• Threat-model systems and features and partner with engineering to build security into products from the start.
• Drive detection, investigation, and response for security events and strengthen controls based on findings.
• Harden AWS or GCP infrastructure and implement secure configuration through infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code.
• Assess and help secure AI/ML systems and the sensitive data flowing through them.
• Partner with engineering and IT to remediate vulnerabilities and improve the company-wide security posture.

Requirements

• Strong experience in security engineering, ideally securing modern cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud security on AWS or GCP, including infrastructure hardening and secure configuration.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, detection, and incident response.
• Proficiency in a scripting or programming language used to build security tooling and automation.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner with engineering to build security into systems.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code for security enforcement.
• Experience with application security and secure SDLC practices.

• Exposure to securing AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or LLM-powered features.
