What you will do
- Develop and deliver the technical strategy for sales opportunities with enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Design technical solutions that address customer business problems and support new customer services.
- Deliver sales presentations, solution demonstrations, technical whiteboards, and hands-on proof-of-concept tests.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor by identifying customer pain points, business outcomes, and technical decision-makers.
- Define differentiating solutions, technical configurations, and business value propositions with account managers and partners.
- Support post-sales activities by guiding customers and partners through critical technical support cases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience and 5+ years of pre-sales experience working with channel partners.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in the native language and English; excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency in security, cloud, networking, multi-cloud design, network security, application security, and WAF technologies.
- Experience with switching and routing, SNMP, syslog, identity and federation technologies, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of server configuration, virtualization, scripting, automation, orchestration, and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
