What you will do

• Represent Manufacturing in key projects and provide operational support for successful implementation and delivery.
• Own Manufacturing systems, ensuring compliance, reliability, and performance.
• Lead troubleshooting, deviation investigations, CAPA identification, and continuous improvement activities while maintaining GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sites to resolve operational challenges and support project objectives.
• Deliver technical equipment and process training, support process mapping, and coordinate facility and fabrication works.
• Prepare technical presentations, protocols, and reports and support customer meetings with technical and operational expertise.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's qualification in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility in GMP-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of fermentation, purification, and manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve process and equipment issues.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities, with experience supporting and developing operational teams.
