Reliability Engineer (Quality)

What you will do

• Design and execute product reliability qualification strategies and accelerated life testing methodologies.
• Perform Weibull analysis, life-data modelling, and reliability performance analysis.
• Analyse field, manufacturing, and warranty performance data.
• Lead complex product failure investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Build reliability dashboards and predictive analytics tools.
• Support new product introduction programmes, manufacturing transfers, FMEA, and risk management activities while providing reliability input to Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality leaders.

Requirements

• Experience in reliability engineering, product performance analysis, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems and determine why products fail.
• Ability to analyse reliability, field, manufacturing, and warranty data.
• Ability to work with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Weibull analysis and accelerated life testing experience.
• Experience with HALT/HASS, Minitab, JMP, Power BI, statistical modelling, FMEA, root cause analysis, NPI programmes, or manufacturing transfers.
