Senior Python Engineer (+DevOps) (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services using Writer’s full-stack platform.
• Develop and maintain microservices, integrations, and reliable product functionality.
• Optimize application performance, availability, scalability, and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues and conduct testing for generative AI applications.
• Create base prompts and design, develop, and evaluate prompt chains for content creation applications.
• Work with Customer Success and engineering stakeholders to scope applications, integrate solutions, and document engineering outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Python development experience, using Airflow, JupyterLab, and FastAPI.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD using GitHub and ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of and affinity for unit and integration testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
