Vice President, Procurement (Manufacturing)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; onsite. Travel required: 25%. Relocation is available. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Annual base pay: $202,200–$296,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a long-term incentive award.

What you will do

• Lead global procurement, supplier quality, and logistics organizations, overseeing approximately $2 billion in direct, indirect, and logistics spend and eight direct reports.
• Set category, sourcing, supplier, contracting, and total-cost strategies across direct materials, indirect spend, and logistics.
• Drive cost reduction, cost avoidance, supplier performance, quality, delivery, working capital, supply continuity, and risk-management results.
• Standardize procurement processes, policies, metrics, governance, and technology-enabled decision-making while resolving shortages and supplier disruptions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Planning, Trade Compliance, and suppliers on product launches, lifecycle management, and supply readiness.
• Build a high-performing global organization through talent development, succession planning, leadership coaching, KPIs, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across global procurement and supply chain in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading global teams and managing complex, multi-tier supplier networks.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier quality, logistics, and supply chain risk management.
• Demonstrated success delivering cost, quality, service, working capital, supply continuity, and supplier development results.
• Strong commercial acumen, including executive-level negotiation, contracting, and total cost of ownership.
• Experience supporting new product development and product launches in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead transformation, standardization, and technology-enabled process improvement.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and communicate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track record of building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and delivering measurable business results.
