Vice President of Distribution Operations (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI, United States. All positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Direct and optimize a distribution network spanning 14 North American locations, 29+ million square feet of warehouse space, and more than 5,000 warehouse employees.
• Evaluate inventory, workflows, productivity, workforce planning, and other distribution operations.
• Support warehouse development initiatives, including site selection, building design, and product placement.
• Evaluate warehouse systems and technologies to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in daily warehouse functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of experience, including supervisory roles in a multi-state or multi-building distribution center environment.
• 7+ years of distribution management experience required.
• Knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound functions.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Master’s degree preferred.
