What you will do

• Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorney clients.
• Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies.
• Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters.
• Oversee client engagements from intake through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Build attorney-client relationships, present findings and recommendations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
• 1–3 years of client or customer service experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• Must be located in the PST time zone.
